A class act
Luisa ci ha regalato il fine settimana più bello a Martina Franca, in Puglia, nel settembre 2023. È stata lei a occuparsi di trovare la sede, assicurarci la chiesa più incredibile e trovarci venditori che hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. A volte eravamo preoccupati di andare oltre il budget, ma Luisa aveva pianificato tutto con un livello meticoloso di dettaglio. È simpatica, calma ed è un sogno assoluto con cui pianificare le celebrazioni del tuo matrimonio, non potremmo raccomandarla abbastanza. Non ha paura di esprimere la sua opinione ma non è mai prepotente; offrendo i suoi servizi con il perfetto livello di coinvolgimento. Dalla pianificazione all'evento vero e proprio, Luisa è stata sempre disponibile, sorridente e solidale. Speriamo di rimanere amici per tutta la vita. Francesca e Giovanni x

Luisa delivered us the most beautiful weekend in Martina Franca, Puglia, in September 2023. She was responsible for finding the venue, securing us the most incredible church and finding us vendors who far exceeded our expectations. At times we were worried we would go way over budget but Luisa had planned everything to a meticulous level of detail. She is cool, calm and an absolute dream to plan your wedding celebrations with, we could not recommend her highly enough. She is not afraid to voice her opinion but is never overbearing; delivering her services with the perfect level of involvement. From planning to the actual event itself, Luisa was always available, smiling & supportive. We hope to remain friends for life. Francesca & John x -

La planner dei sogni
La scelta della Wedding planner non è una cosa solo pratica. Cerchi qualcuno che comprenda la tua visione, che colga l’essenza del tuo amore, e che sia in grado di trasformarlo in realtà.
Ho parlato al telefono con 7 wedding planners. Tutte professioniste valide sicuramente, ma quando ho conosciuto Luisa per telefono la prima volta mi ha toccato il cuore.
Mi sono sentita subito capita e che avrei organizzato il tutto con un’amica anziché una persona che mantiene un distacco. Per l’appunto Luisa non fa proprio nulla con distacco, ci tiene davvero e questo l’abbiamo percepito in ogni fase dell’organizzazione.
Sempre disponile e mi ha seguita dalla scelta delle scarpe e vestito fino alla partenza per il viaggio di nozze. Praticamente un anno intero. Non posso nemmeno pensare come avrei gestito anche la parte emotiva senza di lei, perché l’ho sentita davvero vicino come una sorella.
Io italiana di Trieste, mio marito francese, abitiamo a Londra e ci siamo sposati in Toscana. Solo a scriverlo credo di aver trasmesso le difficoltà logistiche e pratiche che abbiamo affrontato. Queste difficoltà sono state più che dimezzate dalla disponibilità, destrezza e sinceramente spirito da Wonder Woman che Luisa ha dimostrato. È andata a visitare cose per noi, ha seguito ogni minima preferenza, ha assecondato ogni minimo desiderio avessimo e l’ha trasformato in realtà.
La nostra location, seppur stupenda, era complicata e rigida su alcune cose, Luisa ha gestito una gran parte di quello stress e cercato di minimizzare l’impatto su di noi.
Per farvi un esempio, mio partito desiderava tanto una macchina molto particolare e rara per la nostra dipartita post cerimonia. Luisa l’ha trovata nonostante il nostro matrimonio fosse in una zona rurale. Poi questa macchina è stata venduta e non era più disponibile. Cosa ha fatto Luisa vi chiederete… Ne ha trovata un’altra!!
Desideravo assolutamente un mazzo di peonie come bouquet. In quel periodo sono rare, e sconsigliate per il caldo. Luisa mi ha procurato le peonie e non so esattamente cosa ha fatto fare ma erano perfette per tutta la durata dell’evento.
La garanzia che troverete avendo Luisa è di qualcuno che vive il tuo matrimonio con la stessa importanza che ha per te e non come “uno dei tanti” che deve organizzare. Per lei è una passione, non un lavoro.
Il tutto coronato da una dolcezza, un senso del umorismo favoloso e tanta professionalità.
Per me oltre a tutte le memorie stupende del mio matrimonio e degli eventi organizzati quel weekend, rimane anche la gioia di aver trovato un’amica preziosa.
Consiglio Luisa per tutti questi motivi, e altri che ancora non sono riuscita a verbalizzare ma che sono custoditi nel mio cuore.

The choice of the Wedding planner is not just a practical thing. Look for someone who understands your vision, who understands the essence of your love, and can transform it into reality.
I spoke on the phone with 7 wedding planners. All great professionals definitely, but when I met Luisa by phone the first time she touched my heart.
I felt immediately understood and that I would organize everything with a friend instead of a person who keeps a detachment from you and the event. Actually, Luisa does nothing with detachment, she really cares and we perceived that at every stage of the organisation.
Always available and was present all the way! From the choices of shoes and dress until we left for our honeymoon. Practically a whole year. I can’t even think how I would have managed the emotional side of things without her, because she supported me like a sister would!
I am Italian from Trieste, my husband is French, we live in London and we got married in Tuscany. Just by writing down right now I believe it conveys the logistic and practical difficulties we faced. These difficulties were greatly reduced thanks to her availability, professionalism and the Wonder Woman Luisa proved to be. She listened to every little preference and desire and turned them into reality.
Our location, though beautiful, was complicated and rigid on some things, Luisa handled a large part of that stress and tried to minimise the impact on us.
To give you an example, my husband wanted a very particular and rare car for our post ceremony drive away. Luisa found it despite our wedding being in a rural area. Then this car was sold and was no longer available. What did Luisa do… She found another one!!
I absolutely wanted peonies for my bouquet. At that time they are rare, and not recommended because of the heat. Luisa got me the peonies and I don’t know exactly what she did, but they were perfect for the entire time.
The guarantee you will get having Luisa as your planner is to have someone someone who lives your wedding planning with the same importance it has to you and not as “one of many” she has to organise. For her it is a passion, not a job.
All this is complemented by her sweetness, a fabulous sense of humor and a lot of professionalism.
For me, besides all the wonderful memories of my wedding and the events organised that weekend, I also feel the joy of having found a precious friend.
I recommend Luisa for all these reasons, and others that I have not yet managed to express with words but that are kept in my heart. -

Luisa è stata fantastica dall'inizio alla fine. Ci ha aiutato con tutto ciò di cui potevamo avere bisogno. Avevamo trovato una location che ci piaceva molto, ma dato che eravamo in Inghilterra avevamo bisogno di qualcuno che ci aiutasse con tutti i fornitori (fiori, vino, fotografo, photobooth, luci, ecc.) e rendesse il nostro matrimonio perfetto. È stata così disponibile e gentile, ha avuto idee brillanti e si è occupata di tutto per noi. Ci ha persino permesso di spedire circa 100 scatole con tutti i nostri oggetti di nozze da conservare con lei prima del suo arrivo. La consiglio al 100%. Per coloro che si sposano dal Regno Unito è stata particolarmente utile perché è riuscita a trovare un celebrante che potesse celebrare il matrimonio nella villa invece di dover andare in municipio. Luisa was fantastic from start to finish. She helped us with everything we could need. We had found a venue we loved but as we were in England we needed someone to help us with all the vendors (flowers, wine, photgrapher, photobooth, lighting etc) and make our wedding perfect. She was so helpful and kind, she had brilliant ideas and looked after everything for us. She even let us send about 100 boxes with all of our wedding stuff to store with her before she arrived. I would reccomend her 100%. For those getting married from the UK it was especially helpful because she was able to find a celebrant who could perform the wedding at the villa rather than having to go to the town hall. È la seconda volta che siamo stati costretti a rimandare le nozze e, nonostante questo, Luisa ha gestito e tutt'ora gestisce con grande serietà tutte le sfide dovute all'emergenza sanitaria impegnandosi affinché tutti i tasselli vadano al loro posto! -

Luisa è molto accomodante. Qualsiasi cosa le abbiamo richiesto, lei ci ha sempre risposto e risolto ogni problema. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio, specialmente in questo clima di Covid-19 e avendo posticipato il nostro matrimonio due volte. Molto professionale. Abbiamo completa fiducia nella sua azienda.

Luisa is really accommodating. What ever we ask of her, she will always get back to us and will solve any problem we throw at her. We couldn't ask for more, especially in the current climate with COVID-19 and having to postpone our wedding twice now. Very professional. You can have full faith in using her company.
